1. The service

Kodelab sells digital products — website templates, code modules, and PDF guides — delivered by instant download. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and charged in full at checkout via Whop.
• The price shown on the checkout page is the total you pay — no hidden fees or subscriptions.
• Your card statement will show the charge under our payment descriptor (Kodelab/Whop).

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally: a download link is shown immediately after payment and emailed to the address you provided. If you lose the link, contact support with your order reference and we will re-issue it.

4. License

Unless a product states otherwise, purchases include a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the product in unlimited projects you own — personal or commercial. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the product itself, in whole or in part, including in competing template marketplaces or boilerplates offered to third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our products for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, or to misrepresent authorship. You are responsible for how you deploy and modify the code.

6. Updates and support

Purchases include lifetime updates to the version line you bought and reasonable email support for setup questions. We are not obligated to provide custom development, integration services, or support for heavily modified copies.

7. Intellectual property

The products remain our intellectual property; your purchase grants a license, not ownership. Demo images and placeholder assets in templates may be replaced before production use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Refunds

Digital downloads are generally final sale; see our Refund Policy for the exceptions and process.
