FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about products, delivery, checkout, and refunds.

What am I buying?

Digital products for developers: production-ready website templates ($70–$130), drop-in code modules, and PDF guides ($10–$30). Every listing shows the stack, format, and exactly what's included before you pay.

How do I receive my purchase?

Instantly. After your payment clears, the success page shows a download button and we email you the same link. Purchases are one-time — no subscriptions — and include lifetime updates to the version you bought.

How does checkout work?

Payments are processed by Whop through an embedded, encrypted checkout. Your card details never touch Kodelab's servers — Whop tokenizes them directly. You'll see the exact total before you confirm.

What license do the templates come with?

Each download includes a license file. In short: use the code in unlimited personal and commercial projects you own. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the product itself, in whole or in part.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are instant-download digital goods, all sales are final once the download link is issued. If a file is corrupted, won't run as documented, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. See the Refund Policy for details.

Do the templates work with my stack?

Each product page lists the exact stack and versions (e.g. Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind). The source is standard, well-commented code — if your project uses the same stack, it drops in cleanly.
