1. Who we are

Kodelab ("we", "us") is a digital products store selling website templates, code modules, and PDF guides for developers. You can reach us at support@kodelab.com.

2. Information we collect

• Order details — the product purchased, order reference, amount, and timestamp.
• Email address — optional at checkout; used only to deliver your download link and order receipt.
• Payment metadata — transaction ID and card brand/last four provided by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support messages — anything you send us via the contact form or email.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) used for security and reliability.

3. How we use your information

• To process your order and deliver your download.
• To send receipts and product updates you purchased.
• To respond to support requests and prevent fraud.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. Card details are entered into Whop's embedded, encrypted checkout and are tokenized on their systems — they never pass through or are stored on ours. Whop's own privacy policy applies to their processing.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the store: Whop (payments), Resend (transactional email), our hosting provider, and our database provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and download re-delivery purposes. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to order data is restricted to systems and staff that need it to operate the store. No method is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@kodelab.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have additional statutory rights which we honor for all users.

9. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for the site to operate (e.g. checkout session). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children

Our products are intended for professional and adult users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
